- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are:
- Standard UK Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Express UK Shipping: 1-2 business days
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (such as courier delays or high seasonal demand).
Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: £3.99 (Free on orders over £65)
- Express Shipping: £6.99
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before payment.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your parcel’s journey to your door.
Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please check your tracking information first. If you still need assistance, contact us at info@ovatect.com, and we’ll be happy to help.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot change the address once your order has been dispatched.
