At Ovatect, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition that you received it
- Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email) is required
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
- Custom or personalized products
- Sale or clearance items
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@ovatect.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
Need a different size or replacement? Please contact us at info@ovatect.com to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email us at info@ovatect.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will work quickly to resolve the issue.
